This TomTom 1 XL Portable GPS Navigator is one of the most fabulous piece of technology that is available to the public today. Gets you where you want to go and even if you change course it still tries to bring you back to their quickest way.
If you have problems just get in touch with their support team and they will see that you are up and running in no time, right from your computer!
I love the different options available and can change to suit the situation at hand. Screens are user friendly, clear, concise, well defined and one who does not know the latest in technology can easily program the unit to suit their needs. I give this a five star rating with thumbs up in all catagories. You won’t be disappointed with the unit ever. Make sure you put your name, address, city and state, phone number and select a PASSWORD when you get your unit! In case of losing it no one will be able to use it and if they are honest will use the information you provided to return the unit to you! Happy driving!

We’ve been big fans of Magellan’s Maestro line since it came out in early 2006. The Maestro interface is incredibly easy to use, even for those who are not completely comfortable with electronics. At the same time, Magellan was ahead of the industry with useful innovations like multi-destination routing and pre-loaded reviews for points of interest like hotels and restaurants (from AAA). With it’s 3200 and 4200 series, Magellan has improved the Maestro line giving them a SirfStar III chipset that provides super-fast. satellite lock and making them thinner. In fact, at .7 inches, these are — at the time of this writing (November 2007), the thinnest portable GPS navigators available.
