    What is Warrants (DW) stocks?

    Derivative warrants (DW) are financial tools that broadcasters to grant the rights for buyers to buy the underlying securities in the future at pre-determined price, quantity and period as specified by issuers. A third channel DW, which is not related to the issuer of the underlying securities listed company.

    The Stock Exchange of Thailand allows the listing and trading of warrants European style calls on securities that are constituents of the SET50 index. When exercised, if the DW is in-the-money, the buyers of DW will be settled in cash equal to the difference between the settlement price and the strike price. Issuers must be approved by the SEC companies.

    There are two types of DW which give the right to buy (Call. Warrant) and the right to sell (Put Warrant) the underlying asset
